Shipping policy

Shipping destinations. We currently ship to the United States only. We do not ship to Canada or other international destinations.

Shipping rates: Standard shipping is $12.00, and free on orders of $29.99 or more.

Handling and delivery timing depend on your destination and the shipping service. Rather than promise a date we can't stand behind, we'll give you a real number: contact us at raza.smile85@gmail.com for a current estimate before ordering.

When your order ships, you receive an email confirming it has shipped, with tracking details where available. If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, check with household members and neighbors, then contact us within 14 days. If your order is significantly delayed or lost in transit, contact us at raza.smile85@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve it, including a replacement or refund where appropriate.
